In line with the MWSS and the 2 Concessionaires (MWSI & MWCI) 25 years Integrated Watershed Management Roadmap for Angat-Ipo-La Mesa (IWMRAIL 2023-2047), FosPEEE is awarded as Service Provider for the implementation of the 2-Year Management of Bantay Gubat and Strengthening of the Ipo Watershed Protection System, also known as the Bantay Ipo Project.
FosPEEE as the lead proponent for the UMRBPL Impact Assessment funded by FPE, the Haribon Foundation and BAN Toxics were engaged to conduct the assessment.
Engaged to undertake the Socio-economic, Institutional and Biophysical Assessment as part of the UMRBPL Impact Assessment Project

In 2010, FosPEEE was engaged by the Manila Water Company Inc. (MWCI) as the Service Provider for the
Project Community Preparation for Tayabasan Sub-watershed and Rehabilitation and Restoration Program for
the Boso-boso Sub-watershed. This initiative led to the organization of the 11 People’s Organization (PO) and
the implementation of rainforestation activities covering approximately 500 hectares within the Upper
Marikina River Basin Protected Landscape.
Since then, these POs have remained key partners of FosPEEE in the implementation of its various projects
within the UMRBPL.
