About The Project
Partners for Forest is an initiative that empowers communities to lead and manage conservation efforts aimed at restoring forest lands within Protected Areas in the Philippines, particularly the Upper Marikina River Basin Protected Landscape (UMRBPL).
The project targets the planting of more than 6,000 native tree species annually, covering at least ten (10) hectares of forest through the active engagement and support of various stakeholders, especially the private sector.
